I did mine recently, so far its still there! Only time will tell, but the cleaner really works. I had cleaned prior to application and it still brought up the dirt.

Its an all day job to apply I bought 3 gals based on the roof and used even with 2 coats as required only a gal and a half. so I now have an extra gallon!

Make sure you have all the stuff, gotta put plastic over the sides (I used cheap drop cloth plastic from Home Depot and blue painters tape). I called and asked for an explanation of what they meant tape off the trailer, it means keep the cleaner off the side walls or they will have streaks in them if ya dont.

It also calls for a 2500PSI power washer.

mine is a 24 ft. remember you need to subtract all the vents, skylight bubbles etc. Like I said I calculated 3 gal but used 1/2 of that. I have 2 skylight bubbles, the AC, the refrig vent etc.

I re-roofed with aluminum instead of rubber, and used Dicor sealant in caulking tubes. It is good stuff, which would give me confidence in their other products.

Dicor apparently makes all or most rubber roofs, so whatever they sell to be used with them ought to be compatible and work well.

I agree with Russ, so far the dicor caulking I have used has been ok.
I put some kinda rubber stuff on the outter wrap of my awning and it has been flexing every time I unroll and roll up my awning and it has not yet flaked in any way, nor has it seemed to effect it in any way. (so far)

but what I noticed is according to the amount that I should have used? I ended up with extra which told me I did not get as much on it as I should have and I thought I had worked a extream amount on it, so make sure ya figure out a area to what amount it calls for.

Dicor's Roof sealent is great stuff, but it's only as good as it's installation. The roof has to be really clean to give it a legitamate surface to bond to. Then any high quality monocopolymer roofing material (there are a bunch of them) will stay where it's put, and the only real threat you can give it will be U.V./ sun light and Dicor's got the best UV inhibitors available. I've been sold on it for years. We did a whole house a few years back with it when a roofer put new shingles on, and still had a leak he couldn't find- he returned the money and walked away. We had two gallons left over so we decided to give this a try - Super-expensive but the leak went away and the attic temperature dropped 30 degrees through the summer.
Spent my youth working on RV's with my Dad. I'm just coming back to them now and found my child hood was not a total waste.
