Cooking in a small RV kitchen can be a challenging task. This excellent and, best of all free, cookbook gives you many meal choices and valuable hints and tips to help with meal preparation while on the road.
Here's a great one for example:
"Easy Cleanup Omelets (for one or a crowd) Sent by Donna 'Froggi' Yeaw
One zip top bag per person (if a crowd, have everyone write their name on it). Break in a couple eggs along with anything else you desire, such as ham, cheese, green peppers, green onions. Mix it all well. Let the air out. Fold
the bag and drop it in a pot of boiling water. A few minutes later you have a great omelet. Simply toss the bag when you are done!"
The cookbook is updated daily so that you get the very latest version when you download it. What a great RV resource this is and many thanks to Cathy Lea of www.goodrvfood.com for providing it! Browse the website and get your own free cookbook here:
