Greetings,
I have an older 1998 DSI suburban hot water heater that will not stay lit. I took the starter board to be tested, and it passed fine. I took off all the gas tubing, screws, and connections all the way to the electrode and it still lights up fine, then the unit shuts off the gas valve and goes out. This repeats 2 times then the on/off switch can be cycled to repeat process.
Does this sound familiar with failure of any of the specific components?
Thank you for your reply.
Nathan
