You may be able to use two ACs on 30 amps.
Winnebago's have an energy management system that does load shedding. It will keep the ACs from starting at exactly the same time which is when the current goes over 30 amps but will allow them both to run at the same time.
If both are running and you turn on a high current appliance like the microwave, the EMS will also turn off the rear AC compressor, then if necessary the fan, then the refrigerator.
You can set the input you are plugged into for 30 amps or 20 amps on the PowerLine EMS panel in the OnePlace panel.
I say may because I have a 30 amp coach and that is how mine works. I have seen the same EMS system in 50 amp coaches and it seems reasonable that it can load shed on 30 amp service also.
If the manual doesn't cover it I would call Winnebago and ask them. They are very helpful.
My experience with asking dealers or salesmen this type of question has not been very good.
