Four removable panels can be carried individually to the shower house, tent or elsewhere, while leaving the remaining panels still brightly lit. When a panel is returned to the lantern base, it immediately begins to recharge and illuminate. Cool-touch LEDs keep lantern cool while running. Powered by 8 D-cell batteries (sold separately), the lantern operates up to 75 hours.
